Good Morning Hilary,

May I take this opportunity to thank everyone connected with Hinksey Heights GC for the fantastic hospitality afforded to us all on Friday. From the moment we got there in the morning, to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble for anybody. Your staff made what could have been a potentially stressful day for me, in to a very enjoyable experinece. I have been bombarded with compliments from the golfers re the quality of the course, the quality of the food, and the warm friendly reception we received from everyone. There was a definite overall feel good factor about the whole day. I will be recommending Hinksey Heights to anyone who asks about golf days, society days or charity days.

Special mention to Dean for all of his hard work during the day, and the show was fantastic and went down very well. Thank-you.

Charity Golf Day 12th September 2008

A HUGE THANK YOU, your contribution helped to make this annual event another BIG success. It never ceases to amaze me, the generosity and kindness of people and firms like you, for the last eleven years I have sought sponsorship and raffle prizes and ever year you come up trumps...thank you.

Despite the appalling weather, thunder, lightening and torrential rain, somehow we managed to raise over £4,000 for CLICsargent.

The golfers braved all the elements and played their hearts out, and although soaking wet and wind swept, came back smiling.

The bulk of the money will buy much needed equipment for CLIC house recreation room, a decent television, WII (Ithink that's how you spell it), DVD player, etc etc. As soon as I know exactly what they require I will let you know.
